Want to know my favorite at-home trick for a firmer jawline? I've got a super quick routine that takes just 3 minutes—perfect for your busy morning!
The Magic Sequence:
1. Quick Prep (30 seconds)

Clean those hands and grab your favorite facial oil. Think of this as prep for the good stuff!
2. The Upward Sweep (45 seconds)

Place your fingers at your jawline and sweep up toward your ears - like you're giving yourself tiny face lifts! Do this 10 times each side.
3. Knuckle Power (45 seconds)

Make loose fists and use those knuckles to sweep upward. Trust me, it feels amazing!
4. The Pinch & Lift (30 seconds)

Gently pinch along your jawline—think gentle birdie pecks!
5. Neck Toner (30 seconds)

Tilt back slightly and press your tongue up. Hold for 5 seconds, repeat 6 times.
Do this daily, and you'll start noticing changes soon. Gentle pressure is key!
