Collagen-Boosting Berry Parfait 🍓✨

Indulge in this easy, delicious parfait that's perfect for breakfast, a snack, or even dessert. It's a scrumptious way to feed your skin from the inside out!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (Feel free to use dairy-free yogurt if you prefer)
  • 1 cup mixed fresh berries (Strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries—you choose!)
  • 1/2 cup granola (Pick your favorite; I love one with nuts and seeds)
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds (Optional, for extra omega-3s)
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish (Optional)

Instructions: 

Prep the Berries:

  • Wash and gently pat dry your berries.
  • Slice any larger berries like strawberries into bite-sized pieces.
  • Sweeten the Yogurt (Optional): In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt with half of the honey or maple syrup if you like a sweeter taste.

Layer It Up:

  • First Layer: Spoon a couple of tablespoons of yogurt into the bottom of a clear glass or jar.
  • Second Layer: Add a layer of mixed berries.
  • Third Layer: Sprinkle a layer of granola and a pinch of chia seeds.
  • Repeat these layers until you reach the top of the glass, ending with a dollop of yogurt.

Finishing Touches:

  • Drizzle the remaining honey or maple syrup over the top.
