Recipe of the Week: Post-Holiday Reset Green Juice 🥬
After the festive season of rich foods and late nights, give your skin and body a gentle reset with this nutrient-packed green juice. It's designed to help reduce inflammation, support detoxification, and bring back your natural radiance.
Ingredients:
- Base Ingredients:
- 2 green apples
- 1 large cucumber
- 4 celery stalks
- 1 large handful of spinach
- 1 lemon, peeled
- 1-inch piece of ginger
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley
- Optional Boosters:
- 1 small handful of mint leaves
- 1/2 green pear for extra sweetness
- 1/4 tsp spirulina powder
- 1 small piece of turmeric root
Instructions:
1. Wash all produce thoroughly.
2. Cut apples, cucumber, and celery into juicer-friendly pieces.
3. Feed ingredients through your juicer in this order:
• Start with leafy greens
• Follow with cucumber and celery
• Add apples and pear (if using)
• Finish with lemon and ginger
4. Stir in optional spirulina if using.
5. Serve immediately over ice.
No Juicer? No Problem! — Blend ingredients with 1/2 cup water and strain through a nut milk bag or fine-mesh strainer.
