Infused with crisp cucumber, cooling mint, and zesty lemon, this drink not only quenches your thirst but also helps flush out toxins.
Ingredients:
- 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
- A handful of fresh mint leaves
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 2 liters of water
- Ice cubes
Instructions:
Combine cucumber slices, mint leaves, and lemon slices in a large pitcher. Add water and stir gently.
Let it infuse in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
Serve over ice and enjoy throughout the day!
