How to use a Jade Face Roller with Lumiace™
A Jade roller is the perfect solution to ‘roll’ away stubborn facial puffiness before you
start your day. It takes just 30-60 seconds to give yourself just the right amount of extra
attention to help you look your best.
Plus it helps massage your skin which increases the absorption of Lumiace™. That way you’re
relaxing facial muscles while increasing the effectiveness of the product itself.
Always roll upwards and in one direction –
never roll up and down.
Step 1
Start with clean, dry skin. Wash your face with your usual cleanser, and pat dry.
Step 2
Using your ring finger, dab a small amount of Lumiace™ and gently apply under and around both eyes
until fully absorbed.
Step 3
Start at your chin, and roll sideways to your hairline. The pressure should be light and comfortable
on your skin.
Step 3 Move up to your nose, and roll from the corner of the nose out towards your ears.
Step 4
Use the small end of the jade roller, and place it near the inner corner of your eye. Roll out
toward your temples.
Step 5
Place the roller on your eyebrows and roll downwards, ending at the temples.
Step 6
Roll upwards from your eyebrows, moving across your forehead, and ending at your hairline.
Step 7
Finish by rolling sideways and out, from the middle of your forehead to your temples.
Quick Bonus Tip:
Store your jade roller in the freezer
overnight. It will help Lumiace™ tighten the skin and combat swelling even more!
How to use a Gua Sha with Lumiace™
Gua sha is used most often for its dramatic cosmetic effects in draining the lymphatic
network of the face and sculpting cheekbones.
Always remember to use Lumiace™ for easy gliding and
make sure your strokes are in an upward motion.
Each side of the gua sha tool is used for different areas of the face. Here’s a handy diagram

hairline. Repeat 3 times on both sides of your face.

gliding over your sinuses. Repeat 3 times on both sides of your nose.
Step 5

drawing the tool upward and out towards your temple. Repeat 3 times underneath both eyes.
