Ingredients:
- 2 ripe avocados
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt
- Fresh berries and mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
Prepare the Avocados: Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits, and scoop the flesh into a blender or food processor.
Add Ingredients: Add the unsweetened cocoa powder, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt to the blender.
Blend Until Smooth: Blend all the ingredients on high speed until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy. Scrape down the sides as needed to ensure everything is well combined.
