This delicious blend of fresh spinach, creamy avocado, and chia seeds is loaded with 25g of protein to keep you full and energized all day long.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • A handful of ice cubes

Instructions: 

Combine Ingredients: Add the spinach, banana, avocado, protein powder, almond milk, chia seeds, and ice cubes to a blender.
