Ingredients:

  • For the Red Layer:
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk
  • 1 scoop collagen peptides (optional)
  • 1 tsp honey
  • For the Green Layer:
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 1/4 avocado
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk

Instructions:
