5-Step Night-Time Foot Care Routine
I hate to admit this, but I used to be one of those who took extensive care of their face but not their feet… Crusty heels. Flaky toenails. And ashy feet. 🤢
It had to STOP. So I had been practicing this 5-Step Night-time Foot Care Routine.
Now, I love wearing sandals and open-toed heels without feeling insecure 😍 It’s so easy, try it and let me know:
Step 1: Wash Feet + Pat Dry
This is a no-brainer when you shower but I’m including it anyway!
I like to use a moisturizing body wash so your skin will feel soft after you shower. Be sure to pat your feet dry before proceeding to the next step.
Step 2: Moisturize Feet Generously
Use an intensive moisturizer or cream for your feet. The skin on our feet needs extra hydration, especially around the heel and ankle area!
Step 3: Lock in the Hydration!
Lather baby oil or coconut oil to lock in the moisture. These oils have moisturizing and brightening benefits as well.
Plus, massaging your feet with oil before bed also helps you sleep better 😴
Step 4: Apply Nail Cuticle Serum
Who doesn’t love glossy nails? Apply nail cuticle oil to improve the health and appearance of your toenail. Continue massaging your toes here 🙂
Step 5: Put on Dry Cotton Socks!
End this routine with your favorite room socks! Wearing cotton socks after you moisturize keeps your heels from drying out. 🧦
