Today, I’m sharing with you 5 delicious but healthy cupcake recipes you can eat without worries.

Plus, these aren't your average cupcakes.

Think of them as mini beauty treatments you can devour. Here you go:

1. Radiant Red Velvet with Beetroot Power:

This classic red velvet gets a vibrant (and skin-loving!) upgrade with the addition of beetroot. Beetroot is rich in antioxidants and vitamins that can help improve circulation and fight free radical damage, leaving your skin with a healthy glow.

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup beetroot puree
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup buttermilk

Instructions: 

 Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake tin with paper liners. In a large bowl, mix beetroot puree, sugar, oil, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.

In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, alternating with buttermilk, until smooth.

Divide the batter among the cupcake liners and bake for 18-20 minutes. Cool before frosting.

 2. Glowing Green Tea Matcha Cupcakes:

  • 2 large eggs

  • 1 cup buttermilk
